International experts and fact checkers rebut this claim and usually rank Nepal between 40th and 50th place for water resources richness.
I have been looking for the source of the aforementioned statement for quite some time now but unable to find a single source that validates the statement.
Therefore I request you to provide the source for the claim "Nepal is the second richest country in water resources" upon which the Ministry and other approved textbooks base the claim.
